Seriously, when we picked it up it looked brand spanking new! They did such an excellent job! The color-match was spot on and I could be mistaken, but I swear they detailed his car...it was the cleanest and most shiny I've ever seen it (inside and out)...lol...let's hope he can keep it that way. ;-) Highly recommend Mylar's! Normally I hunt mechanics down but we were in a pinch being 2 hours away from our place of stay and having to drive back up and down a good mountain grade. Walked in, was promptly greeted by Hunter and we spoke about the problem. He walked out with me, quickly found the problem and jumped right on getting it fixed. 3rd gen 4runners like specific parts. They didnt have any but Hunter tracked down a universal part to get us back to town so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. I've read some negative reviews. And while I cant attest to any major mechanical or overhauls, I can share how happy we were for him to come out, lay in the rocks and get rained on just to change a brake hose. I really got taken for a ride there and was grossly overcharged for everything I had done there much of which probably unnecessary. After months and many thousands of dollars I still struggle with the vehicle today. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost even if you have to tow the vehicle to another town.

Took my Jeep in for…read morea 60K service, not a half A$$ service... 60K service includes inspection of the brake system and several other things but I specifically asked them when the service was done if the brakes were good thinking for sure they were not at 60K and both guys said yes all good to go. Then the same day I picked it up I took it to Flower Jeep in Montrose for a different problem that McPherson said they could not handle and then Jeep calls me and tells me the brakes need to be changed! So I call McPherson and tell them what I've been told and they did not seem to care, they told me they COULDN'T REMEMBER if they checked them or not! I told them they need to fix the repair with Jeep and they said they had to call the boss (that they have been trying to get in contact with all day for other problems). Told me Id get a call back in the morning, fine. 3 days later still haven't heard from them. I won't be calling them back nor will I recommend them to anyone. Apparently the guy's working on the vehicles also run the whole business too! No manager or anyone who can handle customer problems is around. Travis or whatever the owners name of McPherson needs to give up and get a job at McDonalds! Lucky I didn't have to find out the breaks were shot the hard way! They set me up with an appointment after getting info on my truck and what I wanted repaired. I dealt with Hailey and she was great with her promptness of returning texts and providing me with an estimate. I met Logan the day I dropped the truck off and he showed me around the shop and some of his current projects.
