Wow. Giving a one star review is being gracious! Worst accounting experience EVER! We filed our taxes in March but 'Tax & Bookkeeping Services' didn't submit them (unbeknownst to us) to the IRS until October causing us to accrue a late penalty! Worst part of it is, we cannot reach anytime at 'Tax & Bookkeeping Services' to address the obvious error on their part and in spite of having left several messages, no one will return our calls. TERRIBLE service, do yourself a favor and find a more competent accountant! Side note: for two years in a row she's spelled my first name wrong on my return in spite of having copies of my ID and W2s with the correct spelling. Please read this I am just trying to save the next persons money . If it was possible to give a negative rating I would gladly do that. They are by far the most incompetent, rude, stuck up, and stupid people you could meet! They WILL forget to submit your taxes! They will do them in a flash missing all kinds of money you earned!! They charge way too much! When they FINALLY turn your taxes in good luck! You're probably getting reviewed from the IRS or paying the IRS. It is very difficult to your matters taken care of with TABS- Dayton, TN. Nobody answers the phones, returns voicemails, or is ever in the office to speak with. They do not seem to value the business of their clients or provide any explanation for the lack of professionalism. read more
