Everything I do that involves this bank is a pain. Their app is frequently broken, or difficult to…read moreuse. I cannot call and discuss it with them, I must appear in person. Any disputed charge on your card leads to your card being cancelled and a lengthy paperwork and service process to resolve. My card is unusable at most sites online and anything outside of the US, and most places out of town. When I complain I am told it is to combat fraud. I might as well be paying cash for everything as my card is almost useless online or over the phone. I cannot find a different bank fast enough.
