We moved back to the west coast and are in search of another CPA, and nobody can compare to him. Just an update on Tax Center...I used their services again this year for tax season, and satisfied as always in going there for my taxes. Steve and his associates have always been great in getting the job done quickly and professionally, and this year was no different even in this time of COVID-19. It is set up this year that you drop off your tax related documents ready to be evaluated and worked on with the office (see-through barriers were set up at the front desk when I went by and staff masked to accept the dropped off tax documents), and then Tax Center will call if there are any questions or if your taxes are completed and ready for pick up. I was pleased with the timing and thoroughness as well as the professionalism, and all was done to my satisfaction. I will continue to use Tax Center in the future! read more

Stay away! Steve is VERY RUDE and condescending. We asked him to add additonal deductions we found to our tax return (mind you he didnt file it yet) and he flat out said no. His job should be to help his clients maximixe their return and if they owe, to help reduce it. WE DO PAY FOR HIS SERVICES. I was blown away. He went on to tell me he had been working 14 hour days and just simply wasnt going to do it. Wow! Steve it is tax season so 14 hrs shouldnt be a surprise. My husband and I work long hours all year not just tax season. Anyhow this was unprofessional and unacceptable. He is never smiling, never friendly and seems completely miserable with his job. Needless to say, we left and took our taxes elsewhere. I recommended him to our parents who also agreed that he was very rude and impersonal. Folks, go elsewhere, he isnt the only tax accountant in the area. Steve needs an attitude adjustment and a career change. read more
