I canceled my policy in February and now its April and still no refund on my account and shows that i still have a premium policy with them. I had to call corporate which they had told me they been trying to send them request to cancel my policy but no one is replying to them also which now i am escalating this to the claim department because not a single person in this branch knows how to do their job correctly. Every time i call they would give me the run around. First Cancelation was on Feb 29, second one was March 1, and Third time was March 6. Now its April 16 and they still haven't canceled my auto policy. Tommy Tran needs to be let go or do his job a lot better. After this i would not want to ever do business with them again. What a horrible agent to have!

I would not say he is incompetent. I would describe him as inattentive and neglectful to his paying clients. I have emailed him several times and called his office several times asking for a response, but I have been ignored. This has been ongoing over the past 6 months. I would say that he did prepare our taxes on time, so that is a plus. But given the complex tax situations many of us find ourselves in, timely and direct communication is a must in this business.

Months ago I started noticing my bill was getting higher and noticed I was charged an accident fee- (but had no accidents) when I called they just told me it was a rate increase. Cool. Then bill kept getting higher and higher. I sent an email out- to proper Felicia since I had just bought a home and she was on me about getting home insurance through her. 2 days go by no reply. I called the office and they told me she was out of office and not replying to emails- so why don't you have a thing to setup when you're OOO? I talked to one of the girls who I forward the email and told me I would hear back soon. Three days go by and I legit called and asked if they do their job because AINT no one replying to emails. At this point- I'm annoyed, your customer service is trash. I started shopping around and a close friend told me they love their State Farm agent- they're great on commutation and warn you when rates are going up. I'm under my dads account and called him to give permission to leave his account and I called to let them know he was going to give permission. They took down the name of my new SF agent and said,"we'll call them right now and get the process started". I called my soon to be new agent who just laughed at me and said," girl they ain't calling me, they ain't trying to lose a client. I'll call you tomorrow letting you know if they do call me" 5pm next day she calls me to confirm nothing was done by this agency. SO NOW IM PISSED AND OVER IT. They lack on communication on email and can't take a message and do what is needed over phone- IM COMING IN PERSON. 7/26- 8:57AM I arrive. I'm polite and wait till 9AM to go to door. First problem: it's 9AM why your doors locked? I go in there and thank god a male helped me because if it's the women I'm usually dealing with LORD. I explained my issue to Jonathan (who poor soul I felt bad for bc it's not his issue) then here come wanna be big boss Jackie over wanting to see what's the issue. I explained and she took my agents name down and said we'll get in contact with them- you can go. Little did she know I'm on a mission and I'm not leaving till it's DONE! I said I'll stay here till my agent is aware and you two speak because I'm not emailing, calling or coming up here again. I could tell she got annoyed. Jackie said she was gonna email her and I could go again but I'm not leaving till my new agent tells me we're good here. Finally I was able to get ahold of agent and she said let me speak to Jackie. Jackie was rude and didn't even want to take my phone. She said my agent could call office- annoying like why??? She is on line RIGHT NOW. So my agent was calling and Jackie yet again said she would handle and I could go- I said I will call new agent after she get off call with you to make sure all is taken care of which she replies- "well I have a meeting at ten"'I looked at my watch- 9:39PM I said," cool I can wait around till y'all are off phone or leave at 10 when you have your "meeting". They chatted and after done I could tell Jackie was feeling some type of way she lost the battle and lost a client- I was polite and said thank you have a good day. If you just want to save yourself a headache and time- go to another agent.
