First of all, I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen by the tax preparer. Then she rushed me since her own family members were there to have their taxes done. She quoted me a price and I kindly let her know I would have to come back because the process can't be rushed. When I came back they stated that to file taxes it would be more than twice as much as what I was initially quoted! Management was absolutely no help at all! They were just in it for the money too! H & R Block does not and did not honor their standard of "Upfront Transparent Pricing." I don't recommend them at all. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau for price gouging!
