I can verify this happened to me multiple times before I caught on. 1) Get quote on vehicle 2) Pay quote in full 3) Months later (but way before policy renewal) get a letter from Pat demanding for more money 4) Contact Pat and he says "Sorry, can't help! Sorry your quote wasn't right! Pay me more money!" Unless I pay the extra, Pat threatens to cancel my policy early. This, ladies and gentlemen, is how a company baits and switches. Pat will learn word of mouth is essential to business! Treat your customers fairly and resolve problems in your error. I recommend Esurance.

She didn't provide any info at the beginning of what I need to bring or have ready, nothing. Price is fine, she did the taxes but her prep for customers and customer service is quite poor. Seems to barely read her emails and barely responds and when she does it's days or even weeks late. This is poor customer service and could lead me to legal issues with the IRS if she said she would do it then proceeded not to do it. I have no idea. She never confirmed or replied to me, so safe to say she probably didn't since she didn't ask for payment even though she said she would and I provided her the docs.
