You lay back on your back and just relax, she may rub your belly a bit and honesty you feel nothing. Maybe a little pressure here or there but only for a 2-5 seconds and before you know it, it's all done. Time goes by quickly. You have a nice little chat and she will tell you what's going on based on what she see's and may have some health recommendations for you. Judith is very knowledgeable, gentle and comforting during the process. I could not recommend her more highly.
