Despite numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls leading up to the tax deadline, we received no response. Our taxes were not prepared or filed on time, with zero communication or warning. After the deadline had already passed, Chris contacted my husband stating that our return had "slipped through the cracks" and assured us it would be completed that same night. It was not. What followed was even more concerning - continued silence. Multiple follow-ups from us went completely unanswered, with no updates, no delivery of promised documents, and no accountability. Failing to meet a critical deadline is already a serious issue. Failing to communicate with clients before and after that deadline is inexcusable. This was not a minor oversight - it reflects a fundamental lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for clients. We had trusted Chris for years and referred several friends and family members to him. In hindsight, that trust was misplaced, and those referrals are something we now deeply regret. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We no longer consider Chris to be a reliable or trustworthy professional.
