The only reason i am giving this a 3 star is because of the service we received when we picked up our car. This was booked and prepaid in advance and I had contacted them way in advance to let them know we would be arriving late in the morning about 3-4 am. I called them when we landed in Geneva, Switzerland about 11 pm to let them know we are on our way. It is a 3+ hour drive with no traffic.
After getting our rental car and luggage we arrived at 4 am Sept 13. The man kindly woke up and drove us to the next taxi stop which was suppose to be included per our booking reservation and the website and it was not. (the taxi driver said because it is so late it is 17 francs. We arrived at our hotel about 4;30 am)
On our departure on Sept 14 at 2;00 pm we got in our taxi to go to the shuttle stop. Now this time the driver says it is included in our pre paid booking and then we are shuttled to the Cristophe station to pick up our car. We get to our car and it is parked out front for us to load up. The lady at the station check us out and says we owe another 20 francs for a late arrival 4 am and and another 12 francs for the second day. Now I am pist. This was prepaid and we arrived on Sept 13 at 4;00 am and left on Sept 14 and 2;00 pm. She is saying it is 2 days and we are being charged for waking them up to shuttle us, a taxi that was suppose to be included and additional days. This says it is 24 hours but keep in mind when booking you will pay for a lot of BS if you don't watch it. I refused and we did not pay. read more
