We booked an adapted taxi for wheelchair for my 92 year old mom on Sunday the 4th for pick up…read moreMonday morning at 8am. We received a confirmation at 745am Monday. 815am still no taxi. We couldn't get through to speak to a human so by 830am we had to put my mom in the back of my car and rush to her medical appointment. It was extremely painful and uncomfortable for my mother. We had no follow up by HOCHELAGA TAXI AT ALL! We will never use or recommend this taxi company to anyone!

Called on Sunday at 1 AM to double confirm they were going to pick me up in a few hours. Was put on hold, had to redial. Upon redialing, they assured me they would have a car on time. Car never came.
