But I found it easy to navigate and I received my ticket confirmation by email. The great thing is that It's a direct trip to the BWI Airport. I rode with Dave a very pleasant friendly gentleman. it was raining outside I waited in the comfortable lobby until my other traveling companions arrived. the lobby located at 547 Riverside Drive was clean and featured a few couches. They had bottled water which is probably for purchase I honestly didn't ask. Dave was pleasant and he provided me with a schedule which I am attaching. I would def ride with this company again!

Chris came, picked me up and we got there in plenty of time. He walked with me into the hospital and to the check in desk. I had to stay and extra night. Chris was there right on time the very next day waiting for me. He helped me into his vehicle and even escorted me right into my home. He told him to let him know if I needed anything "at all" while I recovered at home. I had been very concerned about how I was to get to and from the hospital. Chris took all of my anxiety away.
