Can you see the smoke coming out of my ears from wherever you are? UGH. A driver picked my family up to go to the airport. When we entered the van the entire thing reeked of vomit. Anyone and everyone who has smelled vomit before knows it cannot be mistaken for anything else. I asked the driver if someone had thrown up in the car and he denied it. Of course we had a flight to catch so we installed our children's car seats and went on our way. The driver offered me a fragrance spray bottle which I sprayed but it didn't help. I held my breath most of the way and left quickly when we arrived at the airport. As we stood in the security line at the airport we kept smelling the horrible smell. Guess what? Our BRAND NEW car seat got vomit all over the underside where it was installed in the taxi. It was pretty clear that the vomit was "fresh" and obvious that the driver had lied to us about it. And now we are stuck traveling on a 3 hr flight with a smelly car seat which we will have to take apart and wash when we get home. I called the company and the woman I spoke to said that they would refund our $69 trip. I really do appreciate that and I will add a star or two if we indeed get the refund on our credit card. Obviously it is the driver at fault in this situation. read more

Taxi time is a scam business, poor customer service and poor communication skills. They alter the meter to $3.00 start time instead of $2.75. They also triple the per mile rate. When and if you catch their scheme and try to rectify with management they will not adhere to your plea. They are rude,discourteous and dishonest taxi service I'll never use this service again. They need to be reported the better business bureau. read more

I've used TaxiTime before but current driver to Ft Myers airport took off at an unsafe speed (about 85 mph) on I-75. This was on March 29th, 2018 from Naples Heritage. Yes we made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare but I hope the company will Counsel the driver regarding his dangerous driving! read more

BEWARE of this place. They pick people up and when you ask if they are another company they say yes to get you in the car then when you realize it they say you need to pay them. I refused. After I called the main number to give them a "heads up" about their employee my cellphone rings...it's the driver! "Hey I hear you called to complain about me". What, excuse me??? My flight was scheduled to arrive at midnight into RSW. It was delayed nearly two hours, yet the driver was kind and patient, even with a headache. When I called to book my pickup, I was reassured that, unlike two other taxi services I had called, there would not be a mandatory tip of 20% prepaid with my reservation!!! How refreshing! I was delivered safely to my doorstep in a new, clean car with all the assistance I needed to get my heavy bags in and out of the car. The price was the most reasonable of any airport shuttle, even with a $5 surcharge for a pickup after 11PM. I will use this service again and have already recommended Taxi Time to a friend. read more

Beware! A $45 cab ride was charged out as over $100! Driver was nice and did decrease the fair but not to what it was supposed to be.

Scammy if you ask me. I called a day before my flight (out of ft myers) to inquire about a shuttle to the airport, $35 sounded good as many other companies easily charge double for a cab. After giving my information (name, phone number, flight time) the representative told me that that they would get me there an hour to an hour and a half before my flight. Being that it is a shuttle, and my pickup time depended on other passengers, I was supposed to receive a call at 4pm advising me what time my pickup would be. At 4 o'clock the next day I received a phone call that my shuttle was outside waiting for me. I was a little confused, as we never agreed on a four o'clock pickup. Also, leaving at four would get me to the airport and 4:30-4:45, more than two hours before my flight. Needless to say I wasn't ready at that moment to leave. I explained to the shuttle driver the situation. He said that was okay and he would come back in an hour. 1 hour later when he picked me up he informed my fare would now be $20 more because I missed the shuttle. $55 isn't bad so didn't make a fus, but I do feel scammed by taxi time and won't be using their services again as there are other similarly priced options. read more
