We were going through a real rental car emergency; stranded in Alligator Alley mark mile 63 for more than 5 hours. Hertz had promised in 4 opportunities to send us a lift. They never did. Finally we asked for help from Highway Patrol who called us a cab. The driver, whom I call Angel though that's not his real name, immediately called me back, told me EXACTLY how long the ride would take for him to get where we were and how much it would be. He was in Marco Island sharing a barbecue with his family as it was a Saturday. He kept calling us to know if we were ok and giving us his current location. He took us safely to Fort Myers Airport. He brought with him all types of yummy food, water and a fantastic smile!! Thanks to his wife too, as she was so nice as to think even about our bellies!!! He even waited for us at Hertz in the airport until they assured us they had a replace van reserved for us. The service was THE BEST!!!!!!!! I fully recommend it to everyone!!!! read more

My wife and I were in Naples for a wedding recently and randomly scheduled Naples Express for the drive from Fort Myers Airport to central Naples. Engin was our driver and it could not have been more pleasant. He texted me just as we were walking off the plane and was at the curb when we walked out of baggage claim. The drive down was as if we had a family member we hadn't seen in a long time drive us. I had to make a last-minute trip to Naples under somewhat stressful circumstances, and the flawless service I received from everyone I dealt with at Naples Express was incredibly helpful and calming. My plane got in close to midnight, more than two hours late, but my driver was so chipper and entertaining that the ride from the airport was the best part of a very long day. Excellent service! Personable and always arrives in time! They go above and beyond the ordinary! When arriving this past fall I had missed a connection and had lots of luggage along with my dog - long story short I had my personal vehicle delivered to the airport and on the way to my final destination a tire on my vehicle blew - the owner stayed with me along the side of the highway at nearly mid-night for almost 2 hours to make sure I was safe and arrived to my destination safely - additionally following up the following day!
