On our personal tax return, our federal return was submitted to be withheld instead of deposited into our account as instructed and as the documents we received and signed stated. Initially they lied and said that's what we requested! After showing proof that we wanted our return and signed to receive it they had no choice but to admit fault and apologized but offered no solution. Our return was sizable and I'd been out of work for months following open heart surgery so the timing of this was absolutely awful!! Since then, my wife's business has been paying for services that have not and will not be rendered by them as we are switching accountants going forward. Initially we were told there would be a full refund for services not rendered but now they refuse to refund the money claiming that all rates have tripled and that what she paid will now only cover payroll since the new rates are apparently retroactive to the beginning of this year!! Absolute robbery!!! We will be reaching out to our attorney at this point to seek legal advise! Absolutely stay far away from these lying, thieving crooks!!

Kevin took time to review my previous two tax returns and gave me suggestions. He even made a suggestion for filing that garnered $900 in my pocket that same month without charging me a penny! That next spring Tim filed our taxes. They offered to meet with me in person again before filing, meet after the preparation was completed, and be available for questions in between. He knows Joliet area and his kids even went to the same school as mine but 10 years earlier. He called me the day he was going to submit my taxes. We are again having Tim file our taxes this year.
