I had Taylor & Son do few drywall repairs around my home last April (9 months ago). At the time, the craftsmanship seemed good, and the rate was certainly acceptable. I had zero complaints. Two weeks ago, I noticed that the main area they repaired had again cracked at the tape seam. If the work is quality, that should not happen. I texted Brandon, identifying myself by name and address to let him know his work did not last. I did not ask for anything for free. I just wanted to see how he might offer to rectify.
