Super nice guy who obviously knew his stuff. The dispatcher was also great. He suggested I also get the water shut-off valves replaced while they were there since they were older and leaking. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do something that was unnecessary but rather that he was just suggesting work that made sense to also take care of while they were there. I appreciated the advice and agreed to the extra work. The new faucet looks great and works perfectly. Even with the extras the total cost was less than the quotes I got from other local places. I'll be calling them again soon to take care of my wonky bathtub faucet as well.

They also finished the shed and fix the chimney crown issues. The project that was supposed to be done in January finally wrapped up today on May 2nd. I am happy to wrap this up. Late is better than never. With better communication and follow through I think it would've made the experience better. His communication also improved in recent days which made me hopeful about his business. I wish him the best and hope he could continue the good work. My experience with Premiere fluctuated from 1 star to 5 star so I upgraded my original 2 stars rating and to the an average of 3 stars.

I called five other plumbers, to no avail. I then called Master Plumbers and I asked how do I shut off the main line. Luis walked me thru it and I got it turned off.I then called my warranty service to see who they could get to come out,they okayed it to call Master Plumbers.Luis came out Monday with three helpers and they went to work. They not only fixed the waterline problem,but fixed a toilet run on problem.What was most impressive is they got the parts and completed the job in relatively short order.
