No where in their disclosures does it state that, if there is no success in delivery, you will NOT get your money back. Not even a partial refund, so why wouldn't you? This seems a bit absurd? They already charge you a delivery fee. This is to cover the cost of the delivery. What about refunding the flower portion? NOPE!! They won't budge, they won't work with you, they won't even hear you out. I purchased flowers across the country and their response was that "I could come and pick them up in the store." How do I do that if I live in Utah? Spend $1500 and fly to Wisconsin? Sure, let me do that. I purchased flowers for my insurance adjuster whom I have never met. My apartment caught fire and this situation is not one I wish upon anyone. My adjuster went above and beyond what I believe an adjuster would during such an awful time. Insurance companies are hard. She deserves these flowers, and due to a mishap, and also money that I could barely afford anyways, this company absolutely refused to give me my money back.
