My first appointment was already a bad experience because when…read moreI showed up, they couldn't find me in the system and I had to argue with the staff just to be seen, even though I had scheduled the appointment beforehand. I decided to give them another chance and scheduled a second appointment. I confirmed it twice before coming in today and was told everything was set. When I arrived, they once again said I was not on the schedule at all. I even had both the email confirmation and text confirmation showing the appointment was made. It's extremely frustrating to take time out of your day, show up for appointments you confirmed, and still have the office act like nothing was scheduled. There seems to be a serious issue with communication and organization. Patients deserve better treatment and better customer service than this.
