Unfortunately I hired them before reading reviews so now please take my own experience so you don't have to go through what I went through. I hired them to do an epoxy floor in my garage and back porch. At first Joshua came out and do the work was super friendly. He's got a great personality and I could honestly sit and talk with him all day. But unfortunately that's where it ends. The work quality is the worst I've ever seen. He completely butchered my floors and then decided it was a good idea to apply epoxy when it was raining and damp outside. Which ended up turning all the epoxy white. He then comes back and says that I forced him to do it when it was raining and says that there's nothing he can do they were unwilling to fix anything or refund any money for this horrendous job they did. Which is forcing me to have to pay out of pocket again to a company who can come out and fix it. This company straight up lied to me and threw me under the bus when the quality of their work suffered. they used me as a scapegoat for every little thing that went wrong. Part of it is my fault from not doing my due diligence and not having documentation from the start of this project so at the end of the day it's my word verse their word so believe what you want but if you hire them just please make sure that you have the money to pay somebody to fix what they will mess up.

While Tim Mertens is an affable guy most of the time, he takes on projects he cannot complete…read moreproperly or doesn't have qualified people for the job. We had two projects totalling almost $5000 -- install two gutters and downspouts and re-gravel our driveway, expanding a parking area. Both jobs were botched. We are STILL waiting, after more than eight weeks, for the gutter issues to be corrected. The initial installation was by an unqualified and unsupervised worker. Water flowed over the top rather than into the gutter! After an attempted repair, the problem remained. Water now pours out from a seam in the gutter rather than into the downspout. As for the gravel, he and his workers had to come back to correct several major issues, including installing the anti-weed webbing upside down and not covering the entire area. Upon return, it took them more than 8 hours to fix, in addition to the many hours for the original job. You may want to reconsider doing business with Turn Key. We were ignored, delayed and then finally insulted after we called attention to the problems, requesting remediation. But rather than return promptly to attempt to fix a problem for which he'd already been paid, Mertens continued to take on other jobs and put them ahead of us. Mertens claimed it was "costly and inconvenient" to return to finish OUR job. When we pressed for remediation, we received an insulting email screed with personal attacks. We have yet to get the job done right.

During the construction of the fence there was some miscommunication about the the way the Fence was supposed to look. They redid an entire section without hesitation. The fence looks great. In the weeks following completion of the fence I contacted them with a couple of small issues and they were extremely responsive and resolved the issues the next day. I would highly recommend this company. They are real professionals.
