Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

My system was running well and did not need any service, when the Technician left, my system was not operating the same as when he started, My Central Air was not cooling my house and the system blower sounded different. I have lived in my house long enough to know how it sounds and feels, The person who worked on my system created the problem in order to create a service call and an unnecessary bill for a problem that he inserted. This is not the way to maintain customers or good reviews. If your service is not broken, the service person should not be out generating revenue. I was very concerned when he was measuring the amount of Freon as I heard a loud hiss as the vapors were being released. BTW, the same service person bypassed a safety cut-off device in my furnace last winter and, I had to buy the electrical device and reinstall it for the safety of my home. I am very dissatisfied with their procedures.

I am not sure if Apollo is a good company to work for, but their employees are exceptional and hopefully Apollo is treating them the way they deserve to be treated because they don't want to lose any of the workers we had an experience with....The gentleman with the movie tattoo was clearly a kind person, going the extra mile and all of the technicians we encountered listened and explained everything. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.

We had a new hvac unit put in February. Since then our ac unit has frozen over 5 different times…read morewith a technician coming out everytime to "fix" the problem. They talked my wife into an upgraded air filter would fix the problem which it did not so they were able to get more money from us. We were talked into their monthly plan and we have been grateful that they come out within a day but it is getting ridiculous that this keeps happening and they are not fixing the problem and upcharging to things we don't need and did not want. I would be happy if they fixed it but they are coming out to "fix" their equipment every few weeks which is getting very old. I shouldn't have to keep taking off work and making sure we are home for the time they will be here for a brand new unit that we should trust to work and it doesnt. We will be calling again in the morning to set up yet another technician to come out. We spent a lot of money and want everything to work as it was advertised even if they finally admit they did something wrong and we got a bad unit that needs to be replaced.
