This was Saturday. The problem would be dealt with, apparently, the "first of the week." I called today, Sunday, to give them further information and got an answering service, who obviously knew nothing about what I was saying, but would give them the message." I'm not sure these two incidents truly represent 24/7 service. You can contact the company, but I think service on the problem is implied when 24/7 is advertised. I'll be happy to edit my review when the heat problem is ironed out.
