I've waited just over a month to leave a review for Cesar as I wanted to allow myself time to…read moreadjust to the ISF calibrations he performed on my LG OLED 65" E6. For over a year I struggled with the decision to drop some dough on this, as the picture quality I achieved with the Spears & Munsil disc and a simple eye test looked great to me. So I thought. Pre-calibration: I called Cesar to get an idea about what kind of guy he is and see if I liked the vibe. We spoke for 20 minutes - I was in. Set up a time for him to come over less than a week later. Calibration: Cesar showed up on-time (about five minutes early, which I appreciate since I follow the philosophy that if you're early, you're on-time). What followed was a thorough explanation of the equipment he used, a great discussion regarding my setup and lighting conditions, and time well spent conversing and sharing stories while he performed the calibration. This wasn't a slapdash job... Cesar spent most of the day with me and my wife and had a terrific 'bedside manner' (we were so comfortable with the man, he found out about our pregnancy before we even told the family!). Cesar included us in the entire process and made sure that we both liked what we were seeing when it came to tint and color. Post-calibration: After completing the process and parting ways, Cesar quickly emailed the pre and post settings/results. He was sure to point out the two settings I could change, but don't mess with anything else, he exclaimed. I promised I wouldn't and it's paid off in spades. Results: Make no mistake... I desperately wanted to fiddle with some of the 'deep' settings the next day. And I did. But my wife was quick to remind me not to do that, and I immediately put them back. With a professional calibration, you have to allow time to adjust your eyes. The picture may downright look off, depending on a person's visual acuity. GIVE IT TIME. Granted, I have adjusted the tint toward red more, but that's it. Took me a bit longer than I initially thought it would, but no doubt about it, the image quality is simply beautiful. I don't have to adjust anything now. I sit back and enjoy an amazing picture. In summation, this was the best decision I could have made. Cesar is a wonderful man to know. His experience shows, his demeanor is top-notch, and I will always recommend his services.
