She understood the urgency of the situation, I would've had to drive for 3 hours from Harrisburg to New York City with the stench of vomit (ugh). She was able to squeeze me in and vacuum/shampoo/sanitize the back seat of the car. The actual shop is literally a small garage with a banner. There's plenty of parking and the entrance is an unmarked side door. The cost was extremely reasonable and Lisa completed the job within the promised timeframe. They don't have a waiting room for customers, so you need to stand outside while they clean your car (There aren't a ton of shops nearby to walk to while they clean your car). Box-in-Hand does an amazing job cleaning your car. I had some stains on my fabric seats, and they got them removed!! My steering wheel was popped out of place while they were cleaning the car, and it wasn't locked when they finished. I didn't even realise it wasn't locked in until I was pulling onto the road, so I had to pull over and lock it. They move your seat adjustments, steering wheel, and windows to clean the car, so don't be an idiot like me and take 2 minutes to make sure your steering wheel is locked before you leave. Besides that, the staff is kind, and my car looks great.

I set up an appointment through this app and checked in the night before to confirm my appointment. He estimated that the process would take 3-4 hours, and he actually spent 5 hours which I didn't expect but was pleased with due to the great results. Cody came to my house in the early morning on a hot summer day with all of his supplies, including towels, hose connector, wax machine, cleaning materials, and more, which was very convenient. He first washed my car in the driveway and let the foam sink in. He then had me move it into the garage where he could dry the car, wax and detail the interior. Cody was thorough in his work and clearly took pride in what he does, which he does well. I pointed out a few problem areas and he was able to address them accordingly. He went over what he did to ensure my car stay in pristine condition, including applying sealant, steam cleaning, and protective coating. I can already see a difference, especially the interior.
