The report was delivered the same day, clocking in at 41 pages with hundreds of clear photos, diagrams, and a well-organized Repair Advisory Summary + Defective Summary that made it easy to understand priorities, safety risks, and next steps. He didn't sugarcoat anything but explained everything in plain language without overwhelming me - perfect for a first-time buyer like me.
