I was able to get an appointment with them quickly and they showed up right on time. A team of inspectors came, it seemed like each specialized in a different area. They were all three very helpful, very thorough and took the time to explain every issue or possible issue. Showed us exactly what they were talking about and gave us ideas on how to fix it ourselves or when it's best to call in a professional to handle it. I don't have much to compare this experience to, being my first time doing anything like this, but I can't imagine it gets much better than this.
