I checked out the firm's website and saw that I could schedule online, that was super-convenient. Same-day appointments were available. It was $95 for 10 minutes, and I expected to hear on the call that my case was too complex for just ten minutes and I'd need to reschedule for an hour, or worse, pay for a few hours of research at $XXX/hr. Instead, Mr. Klasing was familiar with the situation, said I had three options, and explained the pros and cons of each one, concurring with AI that my idea was illegal and I should pick one of the other two. Ive even been to their offices, which are very nice. I remember a ping pong table. I remember thinking their offices looked more like a glossy playground for lazy adults than it did a professional atmosphere. I beg you; youre going to end up further in debt than when you started, and likely in a worse position with the IRS than you were in the first place. Their lack of urgency, lack of ability to promptly follow up, has caused me to be in a far worse position that I could have expected. They deserve to go bankrupt. No joke. Do. Not. Hire.
