I brought it back to return and to try something else. It was not a large purchase or expensive item, but I don't see a point in continuing to use something that isn't working as intended. I am very disappointed that they did not attempt to work with me at all. The advice was to use more of the product and " maybe " it will work. despite having limited options in our area I will no longer return to this store as who wants to give their business to a store that doesn't treat you with respect and appreciate your business .

His knowledge and experience are impressive. I appreciate how patiently he explained things and took us through all of our lessons in a way that is easy to understand, then always showed us how to use those lessons practically. One day during our journey we had high winds and rain. It tested my limits and also my nerves, but Ben remained calm throughout our challenging sail that day and continued to make it a learning experience. Ben's itinerary for the week was perfect. He chose beautiful anchorages for us to spend our evenings, we enjoyed dips in the ocean whenever we wanted! We explored the local culture and had our fair share of chilled rosé & sunsets. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my time on the boat, and only wish I had done this sooner. I decided to try rafting for the first time ever. I was a little worried with the current water…read morelevels and the technique that goes into it especially as a solo traveler. I was grouped with a family with grown kids which I appreciated so I wasn't with littles or all men. I was so incredibly grateful to be assigned to Migs as our guide. He took the time to explain before each higher grade rapid what to expect. He was knowledgeable about the conditions, the history of the surrounding area, took pictures for us, and knew how to maneuver safely even in tricky spots. He was a fabulous teacher. I still recommend first timers try rafting even with the lower water levels as it allows you to try this experience at a slightly slower pace. I would maybe book earlier or account for some extra time on the river though. Jaymo was also incredible and gave us a little standup show and acted as tour guide on the way back. A lot of the staff is young but don't let it deter you--they are strong, passionate about what they do, and we didn't have a single spill or safety issue
