Thought it was booked to find out the next day it was not and had to rebook by giving the guy on the phone all the details again for a 5 galloon fountain. The unit did not work right. Yes, it turned on but never sucked up the liquid right. Just got very slow flow a little faster then drips out of the unit. Asked for a refund and no luck. They said it worked. We booked it for a caterer that used one many times in the past (from another company) so not new to these units. They placed more liquid in the unit just to make sure this one does not have to be filled to the max for it to work and filled it up still no luck. Poor costumer service. This company is running a scam! They charge $45 damage waiver that covers NOTHING. When we asked what it covers they wouldn't answer and got angry and offensive. I'm calling BBB. I'm disappointed... I'm a home builder and I'll never rent from them again. Please read reviews on google that also say they are renting out damaged equipment. I want an investigation done on this company. read more

The Taylor Rental in Garland Tx worse place ever I went to this place today 12/3/19 to rent a Chainsaw when I make it back to my house to perform the job the chain was Damage so I went back I way like 45 minutes for them to fixed the chain after they supposed fixed the came back to my house the chain still the same so when I came back the second time the owner said was rude he said that that they going have charge me $50 for the damage they r a bunch of scammers and racist humans I don't recommend this place don't even to my worse enemy. The Sunbelt Rental is a really good place they don't charge any deposit and the people r really nice. read more

I picked up a dump trailer from them Saturday morning to get all the drywall and insulation out of our house. We did about 16 loads in about 5 hours; the dump trailer was incredibly handy. We ran a little late to get it back to them that day, and they were closed when we got there; they were also closed Sunday. I brought the trailer back Monday morning, and they didn't charge us extra. They are awesome. I can't recommend this place enough. Massive selection of heavy equipment. Perfect for contractors and anybody who wants to do some serious work on their house. read more

Did a 24 hour rental. Unfortunately, the next morning was rain and the concrete plants shut down. I brought the Bull Float back, without even using it. I was hoping, they would let me use the tool another day. The "owner" who was busy surfing the internet, stated he couldn't do that and charged me. He took my money and did not provide me any service. I guess he inherited this place. Hope he can focus on rentals for the employee's future. Avoid! read more

I give this place 2 stars bc their counter reps are not very friendly nor helpful. Came in to get a truck that I had reserved online, and the guy who assisted us was not friendly. I needed to purchase additional insurance and he didn't even discuss the price with me. Typically you would let the customer know of their options and prices, but not here. I'm glad i got the truck and what I needed but their customer service could use a lot of work. read more

I called ahead to reserve a Under Wunder ( Boring device) when I got to location for pick up, no one was in front of me in line and I waited 10' before I was even acknowledged. I have used this tool b4 about 3 years ago but needed a refresher. Person at counter said just watch YouTube video. So I did. Went around back to get loaded up, but the load guy didn't give me everything I needed. Luckily told him about a Stake is that is a primary piece of equipment. When we began using tool we had problems with it. I called spoke to someone in Office and told them issues and informed them that there were some extra pieces of Equipment missing. He said nobody uses those and that's the way it works. Well when all said in done I did need those pieces of the tool and my rental was in vain. read more
