I use this PC every day for work so my primary concern was a quick turn around on the work done. I dropped it off around 9 and it was ready for pickup just about 2 hours later. I don't feel as though the quality of work was reduced either, since the entire machine looks brand new and is running a lot quieter. He was very pleasant to communicate with during and after the services and really helpful with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything which is a huge plus. Just a very friendly and knowledgeable person who actually shows you the pride he takes in his work instead of just telling you about it. I will definitely be going back for all of my PC needs.
