She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

I had a sales person ensure me that the item I bought was compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S7 before I purchased the item. So the sales person did not know his rumpus from a hole in the ground. To me Staples return policy sucks and needs to be revised. I will not purchase anymore electronic items from staples. In a recorded phone conversation with Mandy, she said Staples reserves the right to cancel ANY order, ANY time, and that it says so on their website.
