I looked myself and found 4 juices that were what i described. I just dont get the lazy service when they used to be so great back in the day. But if youre a rebuildable guy try and I hate to do this go to Ivape or just order off the web and look at some reviews for tools and mods or tanks on the net. There's a place right down the street from my house that charges ridiculous prices and say that they're giving you a deal. They've raised their prices twice. I'm not going to mention who they are, but you guys have to check this place out. It's legit. Their prices are exactly what you're looking for. They have a couple of issues with age verification in their ordering process, but they were quick and friendly to respond to my question and concern about if my order went through, reassured me it was on track and had it in the mail the next day.
