I wish this place was better my first experiences were 5 stars. They are great if you dont know anything and they know they got an easy sell but if you need a more in depth experience theyre not very helpful. I wanted some nic additive. Nope. I wanted some coil building accessories/ tools. Nope. I was told sometimes the boss will add nic to peoples juice and oh we only carry house tools which i get but doesn't help me to the best of my knowledge UTAH...stupid...doesnt want shops helping us with devices. Anyway I want a juice flavor profile i get 1 pick from the guy I know they got the strawberry custard I want but this guy tells me they only have one strawberry/milk/custard type juice which is a brand i really dont like because I tried theyre juice before and my coil was toast in a day and a half. I looked myself and found 4 juices that were what i described. I just dont get the lazy service when they used to be so great back in the day. But if youre a rebuildable guy try and I hate to do this go to Ivape or just order off the web and look at some reviews for tools and mods or tanks on the net. If youre just wanting a lazy here you go "smoke shop" experience get youre disposables here theyre no longer what i would consider a local vape shop. Negative atmosphere. After spending a few thousand there a worker complained how the economy is negatively effecting them and that's why they didn't want to warranty a defective mod I bought from them. As if we aren't all effected by the economy. read more

I go here for everything, even though it's not super close to me. Everyone there is usually nice and friendly and has good suggestions, and I've never really had a bad experience. Prices are fair and they don't stock their shelves with cheap, unbranded or unknown products. Everything there is name brand and reputable, and they've always got something new to try. read more

Peak Vapor is my go to shop for all my vaping needs! They have a great variety of juice flavors to choose from - My favorites are Swedish Fish, Cotton Candy & Kiaju Blue. They have a mix of 70/30, so it's nice & thick, not watery. They have a ton of different mods & all the accessories you'd need. Right now I have a pretty basic ECigg - Kangor Evod, which I bought from ElectronicStix, it comes with 2 batteries, 2 tanks in a variety of colors & a charger for $40. I just recently upgraded to a larger Evod from Peak Vapor. It is exactly the same except it has a dial on the bottom so you can personalize your Vape hits & it cost $29. I would recommend either one of these to a beginner, since it's really easy to use. I still haven't upgraded past these simple versions, but when I decide to I will definitely be coming here. The guys that work here are all very nice & can answer your questions about anything you need to know. I've always had great experiences coming here. Be sure to sign up for their loyalty program! The worst shop I have been to. I stood at the counter and watched as 2 other people walked in and were helped. Steer clear of this place.

These guys got it right! With customer service steam heading the way, I've walked away more than satisfied every time I've been in. Each rep there is knowledgeable about mods, tanks, drippers and juices. The ability to sample many many flavors and the relaxed atmosphere makes for a new age hooka bar. I wish I found this place when I stopped smoking and started vaping. Not uncommon to find one or more of the owners there helping you right across from the counter. The loyalty program could use some revamping as its based on the number of visits...when I buy, I buy for my wife and myself. Going to try to make it next Friday for their black Friday event. Kudos for continuing to prove why buying from them and not just your corner smoke shop makes your hard earned money well spent here. read more

I really loved the service in this store. They have everything you could want as far as juice and they know how to make very accurate suggestions with very little info. I also had a leaking mod that they helped me fix by giving me the best suggestion for what I wanted. I also joined their frequent shopping club, which I had never had the chance to before at other vape stores. Great idea. read more

The worker is very chill, you'll probably only noticed this place if you exit onto 47 S from the freeway. It's hidden. The reason why my bf comes here now is because I pointed out that there's a vape shop which he never noticed. Plus I see it every-time we exit off the freeway. Their price is actually good from what I heard. They sell 0mg, 8mg, & 16mg. Which my bf prefers. Other places don't carry these. Even if there's not much products, you ask the worker a question he answers. So you know that he knows about the products and such. There's many varieties of flavored written on the chalk board, and there's check marks to let you know what they carry. Which is good. Well organized. It's a small place but prices are good. There's also a good deal. Buy 3 for $15.99. I believe. Stop buy and see. I'm not a smoker nor do I smoke vape. But I can tell my bf likes this place than the other 2 places he has gone to. read more

Peak is legit. Awesome collection of RDA's and boxes. Ton of juice flavors to pick and choose and they're high quality. You can also sample flavors before you finalize your purchases so take advantage of that . The rep team is down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. I was visiting from Santa Cruz, CA. Every time I go to another city, I try to check out a vape shop since I work at one back home. Peak Vapor seemed to be the most legit looking one in the area - and boy was it legit. The gentleman that helped me (bad with names, sorry!) was an awesome employee! No pressure to buy and struck up many engaging vaping conversations! They have a great selection of juice, and lots, and lots of great mods, mech and regulated. I am from out of town and needed a new charger, super helpful and friendly. Charger was cheap, 5 bucks and some change. Told me if its my battery come back and they would try to get me something to work until I could get back to my city. Glad they had early hours and late hours too. Happy customer! read more

Great customer service. Cheap prices compared to most shops these days, except some of their bottles are not 30ml. Made you feel like you got ripped off once you got home. If they really want to make a difference and change the market they should sell 120ml bottles for $40-50 dollars on a regular basis like some are already doing. read more

This place is completely shady. If i could give this place a negative rating i would. I took a friend here to get her set up with her first time vape. She had spent a total of $140. The mod that she bought was the supposedly a Voopoo brand. Searching online i couldn't find any mod that looked anything like it (counterfeit!!!) . After purchasing this mod the same night, the front face screen that included the fire button had started to peal away. We took the mod back in to see if we could just get her money back 2 days after the original purchase. I understand the final purchaser laws that play into factor. The so called "manager" that we spoke with immediately took the mod out of our hands and completely broke the front part of the screen off without consent. After arguing with the manager for 10 minutes about breaking property that wasn't his to begin with, the only solution he gave us was to give in-store credit to purchase a new mod. If you have a "professional" establishment you should treat your customers with the same kind of treatment you would expect. I will never go there again!! HIGHLY recommend going else where. They will rip you off and screw you over continuously! read more
