Hayley said the company would honor the pre-existing estimate if I wanted to move forward with the project. Within a week Hayley and the crew were at my front door. They were 15 minutes early, which I really liked. Hayley asked that I show them the project and then she went over it with the crew. Hayley made sure I had her direct number in case I had any questions. The crew did a great job, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Hayley called approximately an hour later to follow up. First, let me say that Danny was very fast in responding to my request for a quote. He came out…read morewithin 24 hours to look at the project. I had requested installation of a front yard fence for my two dogs repair of a porch gate installation of a drive-through gate on an existing chain-link fence and repair of a man gate on existing chain-link fence. Let me say that the prior quote from another contractor I received would only do the new installation they would not repair the existing chain-link fence, but Danny stated he would install the new fence and do repairs to all the existing and when I say his quote was reasonable, it was beyond reasonable. He beat the other contractors bid by over 50% and remember the other contractor was not gonna do any of the other repairs. By the time he left from the project review, he had already called to have utilities marked, and I hadn't even awarded him the contract two days later I accepted his contract. The utilities had already come out and marked my yard, and I sent him my deposit on Friday on Monday. He contacted me and stated he would be out on Tuesday to my surprise. They showed up at 7 AM Tuesday morning. Got the post all set and lined up for the final mesh installation Wednesday morning at 7 AM. They came in and finished the job I don't know how you can get better customer service. Everything was repaired. Everything was installed and it was ready. Fantastic job nice looking fence. Great customer service no runaround if you want a fence installed regardless of the type this is the company that you need to work with. AMAZING. BONUS NOT ONLY DID THEY PICK UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND REMOVE ALL DEBRIS, BUT THEY HAULED AWAY SOME EXISTING SCRAP THAT I HAD. WHAT A WONDERFUL CREW.

Premier South roofing did a complete redecking of my roof and completed a fortified roof on my late…read more1890's home. They also added 150 ft of gutters with 80 ft of downspouts. They charged the insurance 30,000+ for the roof and 3,200 for the gutters. Cesar Perillo was the salesman and he was absolutely fantastic. The foreman on site was Cristian Vega, and he did an absolutely horrid job. They've now been back to my house 6-7 times to fix issues, and after all of that, they still couldn't get it right. Jorge Cruz, the customer satisfaction manager, came out to do a walkthrough to put together a punch list. He found 14 things that needed fixing, and I also spent $500 on two independent inspections to flag anything else. Jorge Cruz has been great. The independent inspections flagged three other things. We now are waiting for finalized work to be done-- areas of the roof have to be ripped off for a second time at corners, exhaust caps have to be replaced, at least half of gutters have to be replaced, edges of roof need to be cleaned up, leaking corners on gutters have to be fixed, and downspout end caps have fallen off. We've now asked for a extension on the warranty due to so many issues and a discount on gutters due to so many issues. We've given them more than enough time and opportunity to make things right without a response form upper management. We haven't heard back from the customer care manager in over 4 days since our email asking for an extension. We tried reaching out via Facebook, and we were blocked. I will attach all pictures below to back up this unprofessional job that Premier South did. Premier is also using Lamonco 750 roof caps against the manufacturers recommendations. These 750 caps are for passive air, simple exhaust for an attic, and they are using them on mechanical exhaust, which isn't to manufacturer's standards. They placed these caps over our mechanical driven exhaust and our drain exhaust.
