Went back to pick it up, didn't really need to strum it - one look told me it was set up properly. Paid the gent (pretty nominal fee BTW), took it home...massive difference in playability. Needless to say I'll be doing future business with Redlands Guitar Shop. Well done & well recommended.

She came back out of the room, did not even introduce herself or explain what would be happening, but she took my daughter into the room and closed the door without asking if anyone wanted to be in there with her. My boyfriend had to knock on the door and ask if we were allowed in, and she said she only had room for one more person. I'm not sure if this is what voice or music lessons are usually like, but I was very disappointed in this experience and I chose to walk out of the lesson due to the unprofessionalism Hailey portrayed. I will be searching elsewhere for my daughter's voice lessons.

Their show room has a great selection of pianos to choose from. Catherine gave me Bill Shull's number and I was able to arrange a tunning appointment. From the selection of pianos I saw the price was well within the range I would spend to purchase a new or used piano. My son played it once and it broke. The owner then called me 4 days later and told me I owe more money for the repairs. That was never discussed beyond what I already paid. I told him initially I was not putting any more money into the guitar than what was paid and in fact what we had discussed was not even fixed properly. He then accused my son of maybe doing something to break the guitar. No sir. Very bad business. You should be ashamed of yourself and maybe talk to your repair men to make sure they know what they're doing. How dare you send back a broken guitar and call asking for more money!!!! I'm the one who lost money. Poor repair and poor business. Never again.

Looking for music lessons for our children and to get a guitar restrung. The Staff were so friendly and helpful. Got our guitar restrung that day. reasonable prices and some things are even buy one get one free. The lessons are very reasonably priced. It's one on one. Lessons are for adults and children. They have a variety of teachers who teach different instruments. They also sell many different musical instruments they have rentals for short-term or long-term use. Unfortunately right now they do not have a beginner guitar teacher you'll have to be put on the waitlist. Just sad that they don't have a beginner guitar teacher:( This is an awesome place for music lovers of all levels!
