CONS: High rent, kitchen cabinets are very long and high if you are short you will need a step stool, lack of parking, no trees or utilization for shade or patio privacy on the main lawn (it's just empty space where dogs and owners go out and walk through the property), no privacy for townhouse patios and downstairs apartments, big black drainage pipes laying on half of the main lawn, master bedroom has a sliding red barn door on the wall instead of a standard door (Barn door looks good but it's not practical for privacy or cancelling noise), routine mowers do a great job but are very loud and noise goes for a long period of time, waste bins outside have overflowed with full doggy bags.

There are newer apartments in Rogers that are well worth the luxury and are more economical. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
