Had contacted this business in late February 2021 to remove a large branch and 2 brush piles in my…read moreyard. A woman came by on March 2nd to do an estimate. A price was given and agreed. I stated I the ground had to be dry because I wanted to minimize damage to my yard. I contacted this woman on Friday the 5th and we agreed on Wednesday the tenth of March. The 10th comes and I don't hear from them. I sent a message asking when they would be there. After an hour was responded to. She called me after 12 stating they were busy with a job from the day before they hadn't finished and an emergency customer and wanted to know if they could come another day. When we agreed on today last week I was told their schedule was clear for the day and it wouldn't be a problem. I declined to aquiess their request and told her I'd go with a competitor. Unprofessional and amateur business practice. I set aside my whole day to be here. I do not recommend this business. Don't waste your time like I did. The emergency could have been handled by one of the many tree services that may have not had other customers. You're not 911 emergency, that excuse was paper thin. What happened was this business chose what was probably a bigger fee and blew me off to collect the bigger pay day. Bad business practice.

I hired this company to remove 3 trees. They gave me a price of $800 to remove all 3 trees…read more They showed up with no equipment, didn't even have a chainsaw, I had to let them borrow my chainsaws. I told them they need climbing gear to safety remove the trees. They lied and said that they had climbing gear but showed up with nothing, not even 1 rope. They tried to charge me $400 to remove a little bit of brush that I never asked them to remove. I could of removed the brush in 15 minutes with my tractor. I paid them $250 just to leave my property. I just wanted them gone. I still have all 3 trees that need to be removed and now I need to hire a professional tree company to get the job done or do it myself. They told me the reason why they didn't have a chainsaw was because one of their other crews had the saws but told my wife that someone stole them. They lied multiple times. Their "crew" who showed up to the job consisted of 1 woman 3 children a dog and one man whose jaw was grinding constantly, like he was chewing on a bone. Please be careful if you have these people on your property they were going to send a child up the tree with a clothesline rope tied to one belt loop, no harness, no hard hat no safety equipment whatsoever. I thought very hard before leaving this review because I don't want them to come back and start any trouble but my property is protected with 16 cameras that send me live feed and someone is always there to protect our property. When I hired them the business name was Mullins Landscaping And Tree Services, now they changed their name to C&C Landscaping And Tree Services. I have live audio and video recordings from when they were on my property if anyone needs it let me know.
