Sure, they seemed a little rushed - spending a total of 7 minutes maximum on our front and backyard each time. Sure, they seemed a little lazy - mowing around a stick in the yard instead of simply going the extra mile to move it and do a decent job. But this summer, it became unmanageable. The yard would look patchy and clumpy immediately after they visited. When we called and told them about our concerns, we were told it was because of all the rain. When we said, okay, well the team seems a bit rushed, do you think they could take a second pass if the grass is longer? Maybe spend 10 whole minutes at our house, especially since we were repeat customers? Apparently not, this is the result of that next mow after we asked for some extra attention to detail. They spent 5 minutes total, pushing over the still wet grass, without even making a second pass like we had asked. We tried to get them to work with us and stand behind their service, but it's clear they don't care. When we called to tell them our frustrations, they wouldn't even come out to correct this hack job. There are too many good lawn care services in Lexington to choose one like this that clearly doesn't believe in attention to detail.

We have spent over $12,000 replacing/spiffing up landscaping. We had them come out recently to add…read moremore liriope under a large maple tree in our front yard. In the process, they cut some electrical wires for accent lighting under the tree (unbeknownst to us) and "repaired it". When we noticed all of the lights were not functioning, we called Red Oak (an AWESOME company who installed all of our exterior lights) and they repaired the cut wires that Glynn Young had created. I forwarded their very modest bill to Glynn Young who basically ignored it and when I called them today, informed me that they refused to pay because "it was in our contract that they aren't responsible". DO NOT USE THIS LANDSCAPING COMPANY! They don't take responsibility for things that happen that are their fault, even for good previous customers who have spent a lot of money with them! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
