I am an out of state owner of this rental property, so I am forced to rely on trust and pictures. Joaquin, the owner, professionally articulated the project from start to finish. For a relatively small job, he personally visited the property multiple times to plan and measure all aspects of the project. His ideas and experience impressed me. But, most of all, he takes great pride in his work and backs his word. When the job was over, he tested the drainage to ensure water drained properly in the grated drain system and the well that he installed. Additionally, he installed a retaining wall to further help with the drainage issues. He took the time to explain to me every detail on the phone, took and sent excellent pictures, and overall did phenomenal work! I'm happy with the project which resolved the problem that I have been dealing with for years. Finally, Joaquin's estimate and prices were on the mark. Not once did I even consider I was overpaying for anything. He broke down the cost of materials and the number of hours of labor.
