Party supplies, items for events, tools and household items for the homeowner all the way to commercial grade equipment. In our case we were looking to aerate our lawn. We called and reserved our aerator. When we arrived to pick it up, they loaded our aerator into the back of our truck and explained to us how to use it. This worked perfectly. We were able to aerate our entire yard and return that back to South Suburban Rental. To purchase an aerator would be several hundred if not more. In this case we were able to rent ours and complete our lawn for less than $100.00. Great deal. We'll be sure to check out South Suburban Rental next time before a project. They might just have what you need.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and was done via their website and email, super easy! When I arrived, I was a little confused when pushing the button to "call" them to let them know I was there, it was LOUD. They sounded a little confused when they answered but were super friendly moving forward and confirmed I was at the right place / right time. The staff member I worked with offered a water and/or coffee was kind. We spent the time going through ideas based on what my colors were, theme was, wants were, and more. I let the person know I was not very good with putting things/colors/items together and she did absolutely fantastic supporting and helping me curate my dream tables and centerpieces. I appreciated them letting me know prices and not pushing anything on me, they listened to me with what I liked and did not. I felt listened to, valued, and supported. The prices were more more than if you bought in bulk yourself but they are better quality, come clean and pressed, and you are able to put in a bag when done and drop off. I ordered sparklers over the weekend for my October wedding that was still a few weeks away…read more Because we were having our wedding in California, we waited to order closer to our event to make sure that we would be allowed to use them (minimal risk of fires). The following Monday, I got confirmation from Wedding Day Sparklers that our order would be shipped to our billing address, not our shipping address. Per the email they sent, I immediately emailed within 5 minutes to correct the address and also called the number and left a message. I assumed that it was taken care of until later that day I got confirmation from FedEx that my shipment was headed to the wrong destination. After several more emails and a bunch of phone calls that never received a response, I did some more research and was able to contact the brick and mortar store that they share space with. After talking with the shop owner there, I was able to get a response by email. In the end, they were able to redirect my package and I received it in time for my wedding at the correct address and for that I appreciate their help. The frustrating part was the lack of initial response and generally poor communication. It's clear to me now that they do not answer the phone or respond to voicemail. Response by email was often delayed which just added a lot of unnecessary stress leading up to my wedding day. I was satisfied with the product, but not with the customer service.

They did have ink also but not as many as I would like or types that I like. I didn't get anything that day but hope to go back when I can invest more on a pen. Overall pricing was decent with some sale items also. Service I'm not sure, one man shop and he was helping other people but he sounded friendly.
