He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I'm sure when he reads this review I'll get a response in text message or a response here. Let's see. I'll post pictures of the text I sent him and the bad job. No unnecessary upselling here! His team were so kind and made sure I understood the process as well as any caveats that could come from removing old PPF that had shrunken and left a nice line of dirt on the exposed adhesive. John and Taylor took good care of my car with service that went the extra mile! I chose to also add clear-ish tint on the inside of my windshield to cut some of the heat and Anthony placed the tint on seamlessly. I did discover it didn't heal right the first time but Brian and Anthony were gracious enough to replace with no hassle, free of charge. It's hard to find great, hard-working folks that honestly care about the quality of the experience over making a sale. The quality control of this business is disappointing. I had their most expensive tint added to two…read morewindows. On the first attempt the tint was cut short on the drivers side, allowing a light gap. I brought it back the same day and had to schedule another appointment to have it fixed. No apology or acknowledgement for the inconvenience of having to schedule another appointment. On the second attempt they scratched the new tint in multiple different places. I have given it a couple days to cure in the sun hoping the scratches would cure out, but I can feel them with my finger. It really gives the impression that they don't check the work when it's done and they are trying to get the car out of their shop as quickly as possible. I'm not new to tint and I understand there is no perfect tint job. I understand debris and small bubbles. I will say it is unacceptable to deliver tint that doesn't cover the sides of the glass and deep scratches on the new redone tint. I paid for a service and it's not unreasonable to expect the basic industry quality standards. No one has time to schedule two hour appointments each week hoping it comes out better the next time. I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment.
