This home located in Pasadena, CA was approximately a 1.2-1.3 million dollar property that was co-owned on title between 4 owners, my dad and myself and my dad's ex-friend and his wife. If I were to go into details on everything that happened between the 4 of us with our realtors and attorneys involved, I could easily write an essay on here on how complex the situation was to navigate. With the number of times we went back and forth, not to mention all the times we had to sign and make amendments to the docusign contracts due to the other side being extremely demanding and exhausting trying to diminish the value of the property just so they could buy out our half at a lower price even though we were willing to buy them out at full market value, we finally came to an agreement and full resolution in the end. I was impressed how Joycelynn remained calm and rational throughout this entire and very stressful ordeal despite their own realtor and lawyer not respecting the process.
