I am very disappointed in the service that I received from this company. I have been doing business with them for many years. I ordered business cards from them in March. I have contacted them numerous times about these business cards. I was told that they would check with the factory and figure out what the problem was. I contacted them by phone today, because I wasn't getting any response via email. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me. Instead, I got an email from the lady I've been dealing with for years, telling me that they were too busy to service my needs any more. This is June. I have been waiting since March. I find this very bad business. If they didn't want my business, they should have told me in March. Now I am stuck trying to find another company to service my printing needs. These fine folk ROCK!! Our Shoreline based soccer club has used them in the past for the Club t-shirts, so I decided with some sponsorship money I'd order sweatshirts for the boys last year. While I bought the sweatshirts elsewhere, they were more than willing to lend a hand with the graphic work, sent me the proofs for approval via e-mail and when I came to deliver the sweatshirts for printing the staff were very helpful in bringing in the boxes from my truck and directing me to the young lady who was helping me with my order. Worth while using these folks as turnaround was quick, pricing was more than fair and they did a very high quality job. The screening hasn't peeled and the graphic work done up for us was solid. Needless to say, I'm coming here for all my screen and graphic work. For less than $10 bucks a shirt, $9.65 including tax, all the graphic work was done and printing on 30 sweatshirts, sponsors on each sleeve, large logo on the front, and the boys' last name on the backs, it was a lot of work for a great price! They have catalogs and a decent selection of stuff in the show room area, they even do embroidery work along with screening. Their customer service is awful! I placed an order April 23, and they confirmed, but did not say anything about when they were going to ship. May 8, they still had not shipped, so I stopped by their store. An employee found my order in the "to do" pile. They offered to place the order first to be done the next day, but that was too late, so I cancelled. It's May 19, and I still have not received a refund. In addition, they don't have a size chart available on their website, only have two delivery options (pickup or UPS ground), and don't inform customers when to expect to receive their order, or provide any follow-up communications. I may be spoiled by Amazon, but This kind of lackadaisical attitude towards business and customer service is why nobody buys American any more. read more

My daughters varsity soccer team ordered sweatshirts, t-shirts and pants for the team as spirit wear. The team received thier order today and I must say I am very disappointed !! The sweatshirts that they ordered were supposed to be a charcoal 1/4 zip. The sweatshirts they recieved are a brownish yucky color that does not at all go with thier , red , white and black school colors . I called and spoke to a woman that said this is what the team ordered and although she agreed that this particular suppliers "charcoal" is more of a brownish color, was not willing to do anything for these girls . Not at all happy !! Not to mention, these sweatshirts were 49.00 each! I really think they should make this right for the girls . read more

If I could give ZERO stars here, I would! The shirts we ordered looked ghastly cheap and rather than make it right, the owners were rude as hell!! I can't imagine how they are still in business. Their office is a little hard to find. If it wouldnt have been for a co-worker with me who's been there before, I probably wouldnt have found it on my own. This is an office tucked away in the back and is small and tidy. Great staff and easy to work with. They were flexible on one of my orders as I needed shirts embroidered in a week's time frame and they were able to meet this deadline. read more
