I don't know how she is made a manager with such poor etiquette. I have beea loyal JCPenny Portraits customer for over 5 years and the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY WOULD FOREVER LEAVE A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH! Prices are ok, probably cheaper to print online but it is convienant and they have deals. also: GO ON THE WEEKDAYS! This place is packed on the weekends, I think they need to book less appointments. I waited 45 minutes and arrived on time. We brought our own props as my friend recommended, which was fun. My kid had a good time but i did see a couple toddlers melting down. I ordered the whole digital album so i didnt have to wait after. i got all the pics from the session and decided to do the printing myself online as I know how to do it and seemed cheaper than the in store stuff. Despite the wait, the pics did turn out great and i would come back on a weekday.
