I'd been dealing with water issues in…read moremy garage and basement for years, which only got worse after the township did work on my road. I knew it was a groundwater problem and wanted to fix the root cause. Seth came out, looked over the property, took measurements, and came up with several different options. He ended up regrading my entire front and side yards, installing a French drain system and basin drain, and cut swales into my side and back yards. He was professional throughout the entire process. I don't think I saw him stop for a minute during the four days he was at my house. He's an extremely skilled equipment operator. I was impressed by how quickly and precisely he worked, even with a mess of old tree roots and large stones in the yard. He cleaned up at the end of each day, and there was never a mess left behind. While Seth was working at my house, my neighbor came over to talk with him and ended up hiring him for some dirt work. I also referred him to my sister. They were both very happy with his pricing and the quality of his work. The water issue in my garage and basement was completely resolved. My basement has stayed bone dry for the past two years, and my dehumidifier hardly ever runs anymore. Prior to his work it ran nonstop, almost daily. About a year later, I had Seth back to fix an erosion issue on a steep bank. He had it regraded and looking perfect in just an afternoon. I have a few other projects planned for next year, and I'll be hiring Black Rock again without question.
