We had Bizzy Bee rip up our old asphalt driveway, and replaced with new asphalt. This job started…read moreout great. Nathan came right up after a FB message to him on a Sunday night at 7:30, gave us a quote. Dropped off his equipment 2 days later, (Tuesday), paved the next day, (Wednesday). He said he would be back on Friday to seal and tar the end of our driveway where it meets the road. Here's where it begins....I repeatedly text Nathan when he never showed up on that Friday to seal the end, and finish the job. I paid him, and he never showed up to finish the job. The job started on May 22nd 2024. After many texts, some were not nice, I'll admit, he finally showed up today, June 10th 2024. All his texts back to me stated he was coming the next day, he was coming in a couple hours, he had mechanical issues with his machines. He just kept on telling me he was coming to finish, and never did, until TODAY, June 10th 2024. And while here on the morning of the 10th, he did nothing but bad mouth me, telling me I was rude and ignorant, and that sealing the end of the driveway wasn't included in the price we paid him. It states on his invoice that it is included. This may be too much information, but, I really don't want someone else to get screwed by Nathan. He is not registered with the Attorney General's office for his business. They can't find him anywhere. I filed a police report on him, because I did feel threatened by his harsh words and actions. And was then told he is a fly by night business. I won't get my money back, that's for damn sure. But hopefully this will help the next person who wants to hire him....DON"T!!! I learn something new everyday. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!

Stay away from this company !!…read more When our heating system wasn't working. They came out to fix it. It took them several visits and technicians to find the problem. Then it took them weeks to get the parts. They charged us for each visit!! They never came out for the AC maintenance. TE Spall plumber who was fixing a Leak turned off the water to the geothermal unit for two days. that melted a part of the AC Now they want to sell us a new AC SYSTEM PS - the Ac and heat maintenance has never happened All along they charged our credit card and didn't give us service.

The service people were fine, but failed to explain the payment options and different warrantees. Spall contacted me and all has been straightened out to my satisfaction.
