I came to this FedEx location to pick up an order. I was asked whether it was a print order or a…read morepackage. As a customer, I didn't know there was a distinction, so I said it was a package. The employee asked for the tracking number, which I didn't have. I gave him my name, and after a quick search, I was simply told they couldn't find it. There was no attempt to ask additional questions or consider that it might have been under the other category (a print order). It turned out that was exactly the issue. A simple check would have solved the problem and saved me an unnecessary second trip. What disappointed me most wasn't that a mistake happened--it was the lack of initiative to help. Good customer service means thinking through the situation, asking a few follow-up questions, and trying to find a solution instead of stopping at the first dead end. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that helping the customer wasn't a priority. I hope the staff receive additional training on problem-solving and customer service, because a little extra effort could make a significant difference.

After comparing prices and times, I settled on Rush Our Notary due to the reviews and verified license. The next morning (today), Gannon drove to my place despite the roads covered in several inches of ice. He communicated his ETA, delivered the paper files for me, and even texted me the receipts to the notary service and FedEx tracking number. I don't know how often I will have to use a notary service in the future, but I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed.

My real estate agent hosted an open…read morehouse on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2025, and a family is putting in an offer and has requested the T-47 Residential Real Property Affidavit and Seller's Disclosure Notice to review before submitting the offer. Today, I contacted mobile notary, Forte Notary in Frisco to get the T-47 notarized. On the call, I explained what I needed and the gentleman asked me why the title company hadn't notarized the document. I explained that I had just signed the listing agreement and the house went up on MLS on Friday. I did not have time on Friday or Saturday to get the T-47 notarized, and that is why I am calling. The gentleman abruptly told me that he was unwilling to provide notary services because the risk was too high. If you have any notary needs, I do not recommend using Forte Notary in Frisco.
