Instead of handling a straightforward two-minute print job, he acted like it was an extremely complicated task. Meanwhile, I was running late. The resume was in a simple Word document format, and the business card design was basic. Yet, I watched this guy, who had the competence of a sail, take his sweet time with what should have been an easy job. Finally, a young lady approached, and I thought she was going to help. She said, "How can I help? I don't want you waiting any longer." I thought, great! Its a wonder how these guys get business, I called a few others, while the other agencies were far more responsive and courteous, most of them are quite busy. The documents were sorted with the originals on top and the copies at the bottom and the files on the flash drive were labeled perfectly. So once this was done I took the 2nd set of property documents and same results but while I waited I told myself I cannot be selfish and hide this gem to myself so folks I am sharing. The owner Chelsey was perfection and I told her if I had a clone of her I would hire her as a business partner.
