I really Do Not go inside this branch . I use the Machine .. Yet the other day I needed a question answered. Three people sitting at their desks . They looked busy. One young man kept looking up at me over his computer screen . So I just stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me , NOTHING!! Worst experience ever. Went in with a death certificate to see if beneficiaries on my husband's account. The woman tells me there are multiple beneficiaries, but none are me or my children. Devastated we left the bank thinking "how could he do this to us?". Luckily, I sent his family member in to see if they were listed. The rep helping them out said there were no beneficiaries listed and had no idea what the other rep was talking about. She had it all wrong. Who does that???? Simple thing. This is more a review of the bank as a whole than this location, but I deposited a check online for a small amount of money and they put a hold on it for 6 buisness days. It's now been 10 buisness days. Why are they holding my money hostage? Where is my money? I hate this bank. Then when I called the bank they said "sometimes it's slow" Excuse me!? I had an issue with a fraudulent charge on an account . I walked into the branch and recieved prompt and courteous service . Their customer service rep. " Amanda " was so kind and professional . The issue was resolved within a week with a favorable outcome . Amanda even made a follow up call to let me know the account was credited with a refund ! I wish every bank was so customer service oriented , and had such a wonderful staff ! Thank you . read more

This is nothing personal against your branch, but the corporate office, that can't be located on Yelp. Maybe your administrative staff can pass on the message. Why is it that TD Bank is the only place that I have received e-mails from, the only one that doesn't give an option in the e-mail to unsubscribe. Why is it necessary to call an 800 number or go into a TD branch to do this? read more

I just had a document notarized by Linda. She was very rude. First, she was perusing my document. I explained I did not want her modifying my document (my husband's name was on it, although he had not signed and allowed her to amend the notarization to indicate that, which she did). I explained my husband was not going to sign and she said she did not want him to sign after she notarized, even though I just told her he was not going to sign. (BTW, I have had another document notarized AT TD BANK, with the same scenario and there were no issues.) She was not happy that I did not allow her to bully me. Her job was to notarize my signature, not read the document, or attempt to modify it. After, she pushed the document across the desk at me and said not a word. I thanked her and left. I have been a TD Bank customer for years and I love TD Bank, but I have never been treated so poorly there. TBH, her attitude was such that at the risk of sounding paranoid, I am actually concerned about her accessing my account. I gave the bank 2 stars because the initial teller I was in contact with was very pleasant. read more

Well, I just went to the ATM again, so all I can say is the lobby was clean, parking was plentiful, and the ATM worked really well.
