A month ago the ATM shut down while I was depositing $1,000. Something I did often. They are the…read moreones who told me to do it. I was skeptical at first but it was fast and easy and did it for years. Well the machine took my money. I had to tell them the exact amount and it took over a week to get them to audit the machine and get my $ back. What if the audit came up wrong? I would have been out of the $? It was my mortgage $ that was due. They didn't care. So I said well at least don't push that machine on anyone again. (They do all the time) so now I go through the drive through. The very first time low and behold I can see through the window, they take an old man off the line to the machine!!! I could t believe it! Well anyways, I switched to TD Bank years ago because they were more convenient but they are always short staffed. Keep us waiting and not the brightest people.
