On top of the above, via account messaging , I complained about the above fees & the management (M. Crocco) closed my account. I would say, NEVER USE THIS BANK. Their app stinks. For my biz, the biz banking can't even connect to Plaid. Columbia takes forever, in a digital age, to deposit your money, but they will definitely hit you with fees in less than five seconds.

The male customer service representative, who was not wearing a name tag, did not display a name plaque, or offer his name, said I needed to provide a debit card. I don't have a debit card with TD Bank and loans don't need one. I mentioned twice that I was paying off the loan with an inheritance from my mother and not one word of empathy was offered. I am so glad to be done doing business with TD Bank. I would strongly suggest going to another bank. There is no customer service here.
