    The drive through ATM is always "down". The last snow fall we had they didn't even shovel the sidewalk in front of the door.

    I spent approximately 3 hours on phone calls to various departments and was given different…read more"explanations " for my problem. I inadvertently tried to book a grooming session for my pet and received a "payment declined by card issuer" , I mistakenly assumed it was not the card since I had use it at least five times earlier in the day. Since I was I a restaurant I thought maybe it was due to there WiFi service and tried numerous times with the same results. I eventually gave up, but when I went to pay the restaurant charge my card was declined. This set off at least 7 phone calls and over 3 hours of seeking answers. I was told it was locked due to suspicious activity, it wasn't locked, they "wrote a note" clearing up the situatio, I should have received a phone call or text (which I didn't) to verify activity but it wasn't First Harvest(s) fault becaude that service is prov by a third party that they have no control over. I was repeatedly transferred from customer service who claimed the Fraud Department locked the call d and transferred back to customer service from Fraud who claimed they did not have a open case and did not lock the card. Eventually I was told by a supervisor, "Charlie" that a "system " locks the card and they have no control over it and try to use the card again in 24 hours. In the meantime he "Charlie" told me to go to a branch and withdraw funds if i needed money. I did tell him I tried to use a ATM but again the card was declined. He then that since I didn't have much time to make it the branch and signed off. The branch he referred me to was CLOSED today.
